電子公告Electronic Public Notices
GAGAN株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、会社法その他の法令の定めに基づく公告を、このページに掲載します。 GAGAN Inc. publishes the public notices required under the Japanese Companies Act on this page. Notices are posted in Japanese only, as required by law.
01当社の公告方法Our method of public notice
当社の公告は、電子公告により行います。ただし、事故その他やむを得ない事由によって電子公告による公告をすることができない場合は、官報に掲載する方法により行います（定款第5条）。Our public notices are given by electronic publication. If electronic publication is not possible due to an accident or other unavoidable circumstance, notices are published in the Official Gazette (Kanpō). (Article 5 of the articles of incorporation.)

04掲載する公告と掲載期間Types of notice and posting periods
本ページには、主に以下の公告を掲載します。掲載期間は、会社法その他の法令の定めに従います。The following notices are posted here. Posting periods follow the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- 決算公告Financial statements
- 定時株主総会の終結後遅滞なく掲載し、掲載開始日から5年を経過する日まで継続して掲載します。当社の事業年度は毎年8月1日から翌年7月31日までです。Posted without delay after the annual shareholders' meeting, and kept available for five years from the start of posting. Our fiscal year runs from 1 August to 31 July.
- その他の公告Other notices
- 合併、資本金の額の減少、組織変更など、法令により公告が必要となる事項について、それぞれ法令に定める期間、掲載します。Notices such as mergers, capital reductions or corporate reorganisations are posted for the periods prescribed by law.
